WebFrost is a very easy way to deal with even SP enemies, avalanche needs the least strength to fully strip armor permanently, with just 139% strength and Corrosive Projection. As an added bonus those enemies are frozen so they're easier to deal with and Biting Frost augment gets you more crit against frozen enemies.
