WebFeb 24, 2024 · There is a thin lip welded to the end of the tubes that the bungees go over. This lip keeps the bungees from sliding off the tubes. The tool goes over this lip and hangs on the tube. The tool kept bending the lip over. We had to take the tool to a machine shop and have it welded / modified to keep this from happening. I searched here, and there was thread on it, but for some reason it wouldn't open. So, I made one from the Aviat ICA. It's pretty much extracted from the ICA.
