Some folks do not have to the function to process kratom and they find out real quick. Alcohol, duh! Alcohol is bad for the liver, not kratom. WitrynaI use kratom but with all due respect a chemical can be inherently harmful for anyone. Just like alcohol is harmful to the liver but not everyone gets a major disease like cancer or cirrhosis of the liver. I think it is fair for people to know they are taking somewhat of a risk and that it hasn't really been studied heavily.
